Delivery
Your first Novadose can take up to 10 business days as it's freshly mixed on receipt of your order. For repeat subscription orders, we will prepare your blend so that you receive your delivery 1-3 working days after the one month anniversary of your previous order.
Please note that during public holidays, high demand periods or external factors like courier delays or customs checks, delivery times may be extended.
If a delivery is refused or you did not collect it, a refund will be processed after the parcel is returned to us, with a deduction of £10 due to carrier charges.This excludes any personalised blends which are non-refundable.
What are the shipping charges?
- Standard UK shipping is free.
- For Channel Islands (Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey) or Ireland, shipping is an additional £5 or is free for orders of £100 or more.
Returns
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, but unwanted items can be returned for a refund as per guidelines below.
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalised blends as these are made for individual orders. However, you can return unused and undamaged all in one greens orders for a refund.
- Please complete the returns form below before posting the goods back.
- Ensure all items you received with your order are returned in their original packaging or in a box to prevent damage.
- Ship the parcel to our address: Nova Dose Nutrition Ltd, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
- All returns must be received by us within 28 days of purchase to be eligible for refund or replacement.
- Costs for returns are not covered by Novadose.
